Regular Deliveries

You can now set up a regular subscription order for some of your favourite local produce and ethical store cupboard staples and choose to receive it every week, fortnight or month.

How it works

1. Set up your subscription order for staple products you would like to receive regularly.

2. Log on and shop our full range of fresh, local produce as normal each week. Simply place an order for these items as you normally would and choose the ‘Second order this week’ delivery option.

3. Add to, amend or cancel your order up until 9.30am on Tuesday the week of your delivery.

4. We’ll deliver your subscription order and any additions to your preferred address or collection point each week, fortnight or month.

 

Set Up Your Subscription

1. Create an account.


Visit our shop at any time and log in or create an account.




2. Set up your regular payment.


Once logged in to your account, under 'Profile' select ‘Account’ and then ‘Credit Cards’. Here you can add and save your card details. If you have more than one card saved, select the ‘Default’ box next to your preferred payment card and then ‘Allow Charges’ from Tamar Valley Food Hub. This gives us permission to automatically debit your card for each order.

Each week you will receive an order confirmation email before your order is debited. Please check this each time as there may be a change in the price of one of your items, or something may not be available. You can then make any changes you need to before 9.30am on Tuesday when your order is finalised and payment is debited.

Manage Your Subscription

Change the products on your subscription order


You can make changes to the products on your subscription order until 9.30am on Tuesday the week of your delivery. To change the quantites or delete items already on your subscription order for one week only:

  • Log in to your account
  • Hover over the 'Profile' icon at the top right hand side of the page
  • Click 'Account' from the drop down menu
  • Under 'Open Orders' choose the 'Edit' button next to your order
  • Adjust the quantites of products or delete them as required then click 'Save Changes'.
To add new items to your delivery for one week only:
  • Visit the shopfront and place a new, separate order for the items you would like to add
  • Select the 'Second order this week' shipping method at the checkout
  • Pay for your order as usual
  • We will combine this second order with your subscription order and deliver them together.
To remove existing items or add new items to all of your future subscription orders:
  • To make any permanent changes to your subscription order, please email us.

To change the delivery or collection option for your subscription order please email us and let us know which option you would like to change to, and whether it is for your next order only or for all future orders.




Change the frequency of your subscription order


If you would like to change the frequnecy that you receive your subscription order, please get in touch to let us know. Subscription orders can be delivered weekly, fortnightly or monthly.




Cancel your subscription order


You can permanently cancel your subscription order by emailing to let us know. Unless you let us know otherwise, we will cancel your subscription with immediate effect. Orders need to be cancelled before 9.30am on Tuesday. Just want to pause your subscription temporarily? Please get in touch to let us know.




Pause your subscription order


If you're going away or need to pause your subscription order for any reason, please let us know before 9.30am on the Tuesday of your delivery week.
