We are delivery as usual this Good Friday and have made a few further updates this week.
In recent weeks we have seen a huge increase in demand for deliveries in the local community, which has meant that we are now closing our shopfront each week when we reach our maximum order capacity.
Unfortunately this means that not everyone who would like to order is able to do so every week at the moment.
If you consider yourself to be in a high risk group, aged 70 or over or with an underlying health condition we will do our best to support you. Please get in touch to let us know if you would like to register your interest in being included on a priority customer list and we will be in touch.
We've changed the way that we process refunds each week. The invoice you receive with your order will now show the final total for your order at dispatch.
If you are due a refund, this will be made by the same method you chose to pay for your order.
If any balance is due for your order, we will let you know how much this is and how to go about settling the amount.
Invoices are updated the week after dispatch and you can log into your account to see all past orders.

Include an up-to-date phone number when you place your order.
Place only one order each week.
Return your packaging to us.
Double check our collection times, as these have recently changed.
