You can make changes to the products on your subscription order until 9.30am on Wednesday the week of your delivery.

To change the quantities or delete products already on your subscription order for one week only:

• Log in to your account

• Hover over the 'Profile' icon at the top right hand side of the page

• Click 'Account' from the drop down menu

• Under 'Open Orders' choose the 'Edit' button next to your order

• Adjust the quantities of products or delete them as required then click 'Save Changes'.

To add new products to your delivery for one week only:

• Visit the shopfront and place a new, separate order for the products you would like to add

• Select the 'Second order this week' shipping method at the checkout

• Pay for your order as usual. We will combine this second order with your subscription order and deliver them together.

To remove existing products or add new ones to all of your future subscription orders:

• Please email us to make any permanent changes to your subscription order.

To change the delivery or collection option for your subscription order please email us and let us know which option you would like to change to, and whether it is for your next order only or for all future orders.

If you would like to change the frequency that you receive your subscription order, please get in touch to let us know. Subscription orders can be delivered weekly or fortnightly.

If you're going away or need to pause your subscription order for any reason, please let us know before 9.30am on the Wednesday of your delivery week.

Subscriptions that remain paused for more than 3 months will expire and a new subscription will need to be set up in future.

You can permanently cancel your subscription order by emailing to let us know. Unless you say otherwise, we will cancel your subscription with immediate effect. Orders need to be cancelled before 9.30am on Wednesday.
