New to the Food Hubs this month are Landmark Speciality Coffee, artisan coffee roasters based here in the Tamar Valley.
Each of their coffees are sustainably sourced from small-scale farmers and co-operatives that are organic and rainforest-friendly which are then hand roasted in small batches.
Based in the Tamar Valley we are an artisan coffee roasters. Our ethos is to bring you exceptional coffee while supporting small-scale farmers, co-operatives and the environment. We selectively source premium coffees from around the world with distinct flavour profiles, then hand-roasted them in small batches/to order, ensuring optimum bean-to-cup freshness and flavour. We are careful to source only sustainable, organic and rainforest-friendly speciality coffee beans and choose to work with those suppliers and importers who prefer to invest in the welfare of both growers and the environment. As a coffee roaster, the artisan skill comes in retaining as much of the flavour notes of a bean variety as possible, while retaining sweetness, developing body and avoiding unpleasant bitterness. We love great coffee, full of intricate flavours, and aim to bring you the best from our experience.
