This week we're welcoming Quernstone Bakery to the Hubs! Quernstone Bakery was founded by Egoitz and Esme in 2021, born out of their shared passion for food sovereignty, traditional crafts and producing honest food to feed local communities.
Our bread is made locally, using the finest organic UK grown grains and with the aim of achieving honest, nutritious and satisfying loaves inspired by heritage methods. Our ingredients are supplied by those who employ agricultural practices that build the foundations of not only a better product, but lasting soil health and biodiversity. We want to be part of a resilient food system that feeds local communities and supports UK farmers and rural economies.
