Visit one of the local venues working together with Tamar Valley Food Hubs (listed below) and let them know you would like to add your Healthy Start credit to your account.  Using a card payment machine, the venue will take the payment from your card.  • You can choose the amount you would like to add to your account. • You will need to enter your card’s PIN number to confirm the payment. • You will need to enter your email address on the card payment machine when prompted to. • It’s important you enter the same email address you set up your Open Food Network account with, so your credit can be added to your account. Visit https://www.tamarvalleyfoodhubs.org.uk (https://www.tamarvalleyfoodhubs.org.uk)to place your order between 6pm on Fridays and 9.30am on Wednesdays for delivery on Fridays.  • Make sure you log in using your Open Food Network account when you shop online. • Remember, you can only use your Healthy Start credit to buy certain produce.(https://www.healthystart.nhs.uk/what-you-should-buy/) Click the ‘Healthy Start’ filter in the side bar on the right of the screen to see a list of produce available. • You can buy other items too, but will need to pay for these using a credit or debit card. Items not eligible for Healthy Start vouchers that have not been paid for by credit or debit card will be removed from your order and credit added back to your account.

When you checkout, you will need to enter your billing and delivery addresses and choose a delivery option.  • Home delivery costs between £1.90 - £3.90 depending on your address. • We also have over 10 free collection points available. Next choose a payment option.  • You will see your Healthy Start credit deducted from your order total. Any credit on your account will be used. • If you have a balance to pay, enter your credit or debit card details and submit your order. Make sure you receive a confirmation email for your order. Your order will be delivered to the address or collection point you choose on Friday afternoon.
