Set Up Your Subscription
1. Create an account.
Visit our shopfront between 6pm on Friday and 9.30am on Wednesday and log in or create an account.
2. Set up your regular payment.
Once logged in to your account, under 'Profile' select ‘Account’ and then ‘Credit Cards’. Here you can add and save your card details. If you have more than one card saved, select the ‘Default’ box next to your preferred payment card and then ‘Allow Charges’ from Tamar Valley Food Hub. This gives us permission to automatically debit your card for each future order.
Once your subscription is set up, you will receive an order confirmation email each time before your order is debited. Please check this every time as occasionally there may be a change in the price of a product, or something may not be available. You can then make any changes you need to before 9.30am on Wednesday when your order is finalised and payment is debited.
3. Create your subscription.
Next go to the ‘Shopping @ Tamar Valley Food Hub’ tab at the top of your screen, or on mobile devices select the ‘Basket’ then ‘Take me shopping!’ button. Once in the shop, enter ‘subscription’ in the search box at the top of the page. This will show the products available for subscription orders, and you can add the products you would like to your basket as usual.
Complete the checkout process by choosing your preferred delivery or collection option, entering in the comments box whether you would like your subscription delivery weekly or fortnightly and finally by selecting the ‘Create a new subscription order’ payment option and paying for your order by card.
4. Await your delivery!
Select ‘Place order now’ and your first subscription delivery will be made on Friday! This first order will be debited from your card immediately and we’ll be in touch to confirm that your order is set up for future weeks, along with further details of how to manage your subscription order.
Make sure to check back in the shop each week for the latest fresh, seasonal produce from our local producers. You can add different items to your delivery each time by placing a separate order and choosing the 'Second order this week' delivery option.
