You might have noticed a change to our packaging recently, as to reduce the amount of time we spend cleaning and sanitising cool bags each week, we'll now be delivering your chilled items in strong, compostable bags.
Your order will still be kept chilled during delivery and if you're out when we deliver, we'll still leave your order packed in a cool bag. But if you're home, we'll take away our cool bag and leave you with a compostable bag that is yours to keep and re-use!
